To raise funds through charitable events, grants and donations for the purpose of helping Texas youth education by means of scholarships and direct donation.
S & S Club, Inc. was formed in 1974 as the place to be and be seen at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo's World Championship BBQ Cook-off grounds. In 2008 several members decided to take the club to the next level and turn it into a Non-Profit Organization allowing its members to give back to Texas youth and Education. On April 15, 2010 the IRS and Secretary of the State of Texas confirmed and recognized the S & S Club, Inc. as a 501 (c) (3) Non-Profit Organization paving the road for giving scholarships and direct donations to the children and youth of the State of Texas.
We currently have 3 Lifetime directors who serve as Ambassadors to the team and they are: Marshal Hensley, Stan Marrow and John Williams.
S & S Club, Inc. would like to send its gratitude to those Founding Members, Lifetime Directors and longtime friends of the team whom are no longer with us including Alan Vossler Charter 2012, Zach Leviton Charter 2015, Bob Walcik Charter 2015, Jim Barberi Lifetime 2016, and Ginny Bright Charter 2021.
