Chief Cook - Grant Pinkerton, of Pinkerton’s Barbecue (pinkertonsbarbeque.com) will again be partnering with us this year to serve up his award-winning classic Texas BBQ. There is no question that he lays out some of the best food on the grounds for our guests to enjoy. Grant and Sarah Pinkerton, ever since coming on board have supported our mission and I encourage all of you to support Pinkerton’s Barbecue both in Houston and now San Antonio.
